AI Research Scientist

Job Description

A scientist who will fine-tune LLMs, build RAG architectures and apply artificial intelligence to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Design LLM-based assistants and RAG architectures for enterprise client projects
• Evaluate open-source and commercial models and fine-tune them as required
• Set up evaluation processes and test sets that measure model performance
• Take data preparation, vector database and inference infrastructure into production together with the software team
• Follow current academic research and prototype the ideas that can be applied

Requirements

• Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow and the Hugging Face libraries
• An academic or practical background in NLP and computer vision projects
• Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus)
• The ability to read complex papers and turn them into code
