2. Personal Data Collected
The following personal data may be collected through our website or via our communication channels:
- Identity data: first name, last name
- Contact data: email address, phone number, company information
- Message content: the text you write in the contact form
- Technical data: IP address (hashed, for security purposes only), browser information, date of visit
- Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, country, and the number of on-site actions (e.g. phone or form). These are kept using cookieless Umami analytics, without storing IP addresses and in a way that does not allow you to be identified; details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries
- Providing project proposals, consultancy and technical support services
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Improving service quality and statistical analysis
- Preventing abuse of form submissions (rate limiting)
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties without your explicit consent. It may be shared only where required by law and with our service providers (email service provider, server services) to the extent necessary. The servers of the Umami analytics service we use for visit statistics may be located outside Türkiye; only aggregated statistical data that does not allow you to be identified is transmitted to this service.
5. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is destroyed within a reasonable period after the purposes of processing have ended. Subject to statutory retention obligations, contact form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing, if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred
- Request the correction of data that is incomplete or inaccurately processed
- Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- Claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data
