A fractional CTO gives you part-time senior technology leadership without hiring a full-time technology executive. For 1–2 days a week, we work with your team on architecture decisions, vendor selection, team structure and technical strategy. It suits companies that don't yet need a full-time CTO or are going through a transition; the minimum engagement is 3 months.
An architecture assessment usually takes 1–2 weeks. At the end we deliver a report covering the strengths and weaknesses of the current or planned architecture, alternative approaches and a trade-off analysis, together with architecture diagrams and a prioritised action plan. We then hold a review meeting with your team to finalise the decisions together.
A code and architecture audit takes about 2 weeks. We review security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, test coverage, dependency risks and technical debt; the findings are reported with a remediation plan ranked by severity.
We respond to your request within 24 hours and schedule a short discovery call. Within 3–5 business days of the requirements meeting, we present the scope and a proposal. We can work on a project basis, as a monthly retainer, as fractional (part-time) leadership, or as a one-week Discovery Sprint. We serve clients across Türkiye from our office in Söğütözü, Ankara.
