ERP & CRM integration and legacy system modernisation
We move business-critical enterprise software onto a modern architecture. A zero-downtime goal, an auditable process and long-term support.
Every corner of enterprise architecture
We design pragmatic migration strategies for systems that have carried operational workloads for decades.
- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce integration
- Legacy modernisation: COBOL, Delphi and older .NET monoliths
- iPaaS + event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Identity & Access (SAML, OAuth 2.0, Okta, Azure AD)
- 3–5-year digital transformation roadmap
- Audit logs, change management and compliance documentation
Built for regulated industries
We design and document integrations in line with the requirements of the standards your organisation is subject to.
- Data processing compliant with KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR
- Health data (PHI) safeguards in line with HIPAA requirements
- PCI-DSS — the payment data standard
- ISO 27001 information security management
- Access, log and change records ready for SOC 2 audits
- OWASP Top 10 application security
End-to-end transformation from a single partner
A modernisation journey usually includes a move to cloud infrastructure and an overhaul of legacy desktop applications. If you are undecided, we can start with a code audit or architecture review.
Data Migration
ETL pipelines, data quality checks, parallel running and a cutover strategy.
API & Integration
REST, GraphQL, gRPC and event-driven integration — a bridge between legacy and new systems.
Strangler-Fig Modernisation
Phased modernisation that replaces the system module by module, without big-bang risk.
ERP / CRM Customisation
SAP ABAP, Salesforce Apex and Dynamics 365 customisation and workflow design.
Identity Federation
Single sign-on, role-based access control and multi-tenant identity management.
Compliance Audit
Preparation for annual internal/external audits, evidence collection and audit trail automation.
Modernisation roadmap
Not rushed: measurable, reversible and reported steps.
Discovery
System inventory, dependency map, risk analysis and target-state design.
Pilot
Validating the pattern by modernising a low-risk module.
Phased Migration
Module-by-module modernisation using the Strangler-Fig approach, with parallel operation.
Sunset
Controlled retirement of the legacy system, documentation and training.
Frequently asked questions about ERP & CRM integration and modernisation
We work with widely used ERP and CRM platforms, primarily SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. In ERP and CRM integration projects we build reliable, traceable data flows between your systems using REST, GraphQL or gRPC APIs and, where needed, an event-driven architecture with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Our aim is to keep disruption to a minimum. We run the old and new systems in parallel for a period, never cut over before data validation is complete, and prepare a rollback plan for every step. We plan the timing of the cutover together around your business calendar.
Rather than replacing systems such as COBOL, Delphi or older .NET monoliths in one go, we renew them module by module using the Strangler-Fig approach. First we build a system inventory and dependency map, then run a pilot with a low-risk module, and finally retire the legacy system in a controlled way through a phased migration.
It depends on the size of the system, the number of integrations and the data volume. That is why we start with a discovery phase; if you prefer, we can begin with a one-week Discovery Sprint. Within 3–5 business days of the requirements meeting, we present a proposal covering scope, timeline and cost.
Yes. One year of free maintenance is standard on our enterprise projects; after that we offer SLA-based 24/7 support packages. At handover we also complete the technical documentation and training for your team.
